Letter opinion: preliminary draft programme decree BO2021

In this letter opinion, VARIO expresses a positive opinion on the second step in the growth path of the credit weights of the professional bachelor's programmes with the aim of strengthening the STEM programmes. VARIO reiterates its plea to earmark these additional resources exceptionally to ensure that the internal allocation resources of the university colleges effectively allocate these additional resources to the STEM study programmes. Furthermore, VARIO regrets the decision to skip the previously planned growth path for university colleges and universities in 2021, as well as the click for universities.
