Letter opinion: Preliminary draft programme decrees BA2019 and BO2020

On 24 October 2019, at the request of Minister Diependaele, VARIO issued an urgent advisory opinion on the programme decrees budget adjustment 2019 and budget 2020. A programme decree contains any necessary amendments to regulations to enable budget implementation.
