Letter opinion: Draft 2nd National Action Plan 'Business and Human Rights'

VARIO was asked by federal ministers Zakia Khattabi and Hadja Lahbib to provide advice on the draft 2nd National Action Plan 'Business and Human Rights'. The request ties in with previous VARIO advisory reports on the SDGs. VARIO recognises in the action plan a number of elements from these therefore and therefore endorses them. In addition, the council also highlights a few points from its advisory reports that are missing in the action plan.
