Stijn Kelchtermans

Stijn Kelchtermans is a professor at KU Leuven and a guest professor at Hasselt University. His expertise lies in the domain of business strategy and innovation, with a focus on the science-industry interface and science - and innovation policy. He regularly acts as an expert for the European Commission in these domains and is a member of the quality chamber for the SME e-wallet (VLAIO).

He graduated as Master of Business and Information Systems Engineering at KU Leuven and as Master in Information Security at Royal Holloway College (University of London). Afterwards, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 2 years as a consultant in IT security, after which he obtained a PhD in Business Economics from KU Leuven.
