Council members
Lieven Danneels, CEO Televic Group, is the chairman of VARIO. The eight other council members are Katrin Geyskens, Wim Haegeman, Johan Martens, Koen Vanhalst, Vanessa Vankerckhoven, Dirk Van Dyck, Marc Van Sande and Reinhilde Veugelers.
VARIO members are appointed by the reponsible minister. The composition of the council can be changed every new legislature.
